“Two days before our stay we were notified that we were being moved to a different rental which apparently was an upgrade. What was not clear in the photo was the lack of space above the mattress (double) on the floor(no “bed”) and the ceiling. Not high enough to sit up while on the bed and have to bum scoot to the end and climb down a very precarious ladder. We both nearly hurt ourselves on it (super slippery) and we are pretty fit. It was heated using space heaters and while on, cannot use……

“The place was okay. Reasonable value in the context of a very expensive Vancouver hotel market. The massive drawback is the house has no air conditioning. This would not be an issue in fall and winter but when we were there the in room temperature was 26-30c. And no fans. We asked for fans but got a vague response they were “looking into it “ We bought our own. Also no tv in the rooms so we bought a Roku at Walmart for $170. These are not expensive items and should be supplied. Anything……
