「We were on the road for nearly two weeks and this was the nicest place we stayed. Another guest hit a button they thought would shutdown the fire pit on the patio, but it activated the fire alarm for the building. It woke us up and we had to evacuate. The fire department responded and cleared the code so we could return in a reasonable time. The room was great as was the breakfast. I highly recommend this facility.」

「Somewhere between poor and okay. The room was clean, but very sparse. The bed was comfortable. There was no coffee in the room and the room was not serviced during a two night stay. The refrigerator did not keep things cold. The staff were pleasant. There was no shampoo in the dispenser even after I mentioned it. The stairway to the second floor where our room was located smelled terrible and the doors would stick. For years I have relied on Red Roof for a predictable clean and comfortable...

「Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The pool was noticeably dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. There was no noticeable chlorine smell, which raised concerns about maintenance. Several items in the room were not working properly, including the TV and the toilet. Bedding also wasn't freshly cleaned. We were also disappointed that no washcloths were available. In addition, the staff was unfriendly and did not provide the level of customer service we expected....

「When you first arrive there's signs everywhere "No smoking on property", but the first thing you notice when you walk in is the smell of cigarettes 😒. 「Instructions were helpful in locating the building door. Lighting inside was a bit dim. Room was clean & comfortable. Window AC unit was helpful in cooling off the room. Communal bathroom was much bigger than expected & well-maintained. Conveniently located near Brown University campus where there was easy to find street parking that was available on the weekend.」

「The main issue was that Expedia confirmed our reservation but the hotel did not have the reservation. They did not have any rooms available, except one, as they were under construction. That room smelled like smoke. This is the first time we have had an issue with the Expedia reservation not going through to the hotel.」
