「Well kept and convenient location 」

「House was very clean and was very nice for the area. Communication was good. Owners responed to all messsges in a timely fashion. There is no AC in the house. Thankfully the temp was pretty low when we were there so we managed, but i couldnt imagine being there when the temp is 90. Overall the stay was good and we will continue to book in the future. Thanks! 」

「We rented this home the past weekend for an early Easter celebration. We had 7 adults and a 1 1/2 year old child that stayed at the house. My parents, who live 3 miles away, came to visit. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities. The host was very responsive. Very close to Giants Ridge. It was nice that they had a secure baby gate in the house but note, if you have young children the outside area was a little hard. That being said, it is early spring. Would definitely rent this...

「Quiet, secluded lake property. Lake was very quiet. A perfect place to rest, relax and rejuvenate. Property owners were very friendly, helpful, and respectful of our privacy.Hot tub was a nice bonus!」

「Amazing property and great experience overall! Roxie and Kelly are exceptional hosts and we cannot recommend them enough. The house has everything you could need, is exceptionally clean and well equipped for a family vacation. Check in was easy and everything was ready for us when we arrived, the kitchen and the rest of the house is fully equipped even if you forget something, you don’t have to worry as it will most likely be available for you to use from plates to coffee, it’s all there. 」

「Fishing nearby lakes was really good, food in nearby town was outstanding. And plenty of room for three adults. Very nice retreat. I'd do it again. 」

「Great setup. Lots of sleeping options. Washer and dryer with detergent etc. Only suggestion would be to add a sign to indicate the entrance and a light as we arrived late at night and wouldn't have found it if the owner hadn't waited up for us. Definitely appreciate that!」

「This was the perfect place for our family of 9! It's better than the pictures! The yard and lake are great for days of fun, plus we drove to the iron mine one day and North Shore Drive another. The cabin was comfortable and had all that was needing for a relaxing stay. We loved the loons and the friendly squirrel. We even saw a bear near Makinen!」

「Unbelievable property, had a great time and our family was cozy and comfortable the whole week. This location is a fisherman's paradise with the added bonus of having a great home to come back to each day to relax, cook, and stay in comfort. We will be coming back to this spot. 」
