“This is definitely our favorite place in Gili Air, such a paradise and every staff is so helpful and friendly. ”

“Great location: the best snorkeling point, near restaurants and everything. But the beach is dirty with leaves and garbage, it 's not comfortable to swim in to. We stayed five nights. It's fresh water shower in weekdays but turn into salt water at weeken. So choose Waterfront if you care about the salt water shower. Nice hotel and nice friendly workers”

“La chambre était très bien, certains endroit de la chambre n’était pas tres bien nettoyer comme derrière le frigo, seul problème le bruit très fort qu’on entendais la nuit et même très tôt le matin qui venais sûrement des voisins, mais sinon nous avons été très bien accueilli aucun regret”

“Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were professional, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout. However, the breakfast served by the café partnered with the hotel was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was by far the biggest downside of my stay. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable.”

“The swell villa was really beautiful, well equipped and clean. We relaxed there for 2 days after a lot of travelling around Indonesia. The restaurant is excellent and f&b generally very good indeed. The staff are clearly well knitted team and knew what they were doing. The setting for the restaurant is very pretty. They do need to do something with housekeeping. The turn down service did not do much. We did get the pool cleaned as on arrival it was cloudy. We asked for daily pool……

“Helpful staff, convenient location for dining, snorkeling or shopping, and delicious breakfast with many choices. The rooms are small enough for those who don't spend a lot of time in the room, and there is plenty of water pressure, hot water, and desalinated water. If you plan to enjoy a series of outdoor activities in gili air, i recommend you to choose JAGO!”

“The location is good ,,if take the horse ride ,just need to take 5mins from the pier ...n the design n the decorations of the room is cozy ,,,the staff are hard working n friendly with their big smile !the only thing is there is no hairdryer in the room ,,u need to ask the reception to get it for u ,,and the swimming pool is small and only for kids”

“Very nice stay, right by the water with a nice pool. Rooms were pretty good, no complaints.”

“Super schön”

“L'hôtel correspondait à nos attentes et chambre très propre et bien équipé. Établissement très bien situé, a côté de l'arrivée des bateaux et tout près de tout. Le personnel très accueillant.”

“Great food nice bed.”

“Gorgeous beachfront property, I got the pool view suite thought it was excellent value. It’s situated on the west side so you get absolutely stunning sunset views along the beach. Enjoyed walking down finding a nice place to eat within a five minute walk sitting on the beach enjoying a meal as I watched the sunset.”

“We had a lovely stay at the Vyaana. The staff were very helpful and the room very well maintained and looked after. Breakfast on the beach was lovely and we appreciated the calmness of the location. The pool and loungers on the beach make for a very pleasant way to spend the day. To be aware of - the beach was too shallow for swimming and the hotel didn't really have a restaurant or bar for evening dining and relaxation. However, there are some really good restaurants nearby and the view……
