「House is good comfortable stay, however parking is difficult and is located in a less desired area.」

「The ladies on the reception were wonderful. Pleasant, courteous, funny and kind. Yeah the ablutions were wicked clean, the room was exactly what i needed. Wi-Fi is good. But those two birds on the front desk. They need a bonus! Well done guys A*」

「Very nice stay on this lovely boat! My parents had one of the double rooms and myself and the kids had the apartment. We were made very welcome by the owners. The boat was well equipped and beautifully decorated. The kids also loved that there was a basketball hoop & football goal they could use. Everyone was happy. 」

「OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. 「Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...
