"Beautiful lake house that was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you would need for a fun getaway. House has a great view of the lake. Diane was accommodating and always quick to reply. Great time!"

"Great experience; we enjoyed the riverside cabin, hot tub, fire pit and local trails. Only con was the bed; we didnt find it very comfy. Thoughtful items strategically placed, such as toothbrush/paste in bathroom(in event u forgot), bug zapper on front porch, etc."

"This house was great for us. Plenty of room for a family of 5. The kitchen is equipped with essentials for fixing meals. The house was very clean and comfortable. Being able to bring our dog was definitely a plus. The screened porch is perfect for bug free living with a view of the lake. There is also a nice deck with a table for sitting outside. Easy access to the lake down some stairs. We were able to use the provided Kayaks for exploring. Deb and mark were great hosts. They were available if needed."

"The cabin is exactly as advertised. We love the natural wood and adorable decor. The kitchen and laundry are well equipped and convenient. The bed and bath linens are good quality. It was everything we were looking forward to, and the relaxing flow of the Sacandaga River was exactly what we needed to unwind from work and other stress. We chose this location because we have family in Gloversville and Broadalbin, so it was convenient for them to visit us here. Everyone enjoyed relaxing on the large porch overlooking the river. The screened porch was also a very comfortable bonus. My granddaughter loved the Bear scavenger hunt - what a great idea! A huge THANK YOU to our hosts for providing us with the perfect vacation home! We hope it's available the next time we're visiting this beautiful area of upstate NY."

"A wonderful family vacation place! We found the house to be as-advertised, large enough for the 12 of us, including 3 small kids. The big upstairs deck feels like a beautiful tree-house in the large surrounding oaks that rise up from the river bank - a perfect place to sit with family at any time of day or night and enjoy nature. There is quite a bit of boat traffic on the river on the weekend, but it was still very nice for swimming off the dock. The host was very competent and responded quickly the one or two times that we did have questions. The beds were all quite comfortable. Overall, we really liked the place quite a lot and created some indelible good memories!"

"What a great weekend we had at this wonderful getaway. Our grandson and daughters said it was the best ever! Spacious and unique residence with everything you need. So many stores nearby for additional sundries. Town beach just steps away. A parade and fireworks were a bonus! Thank you Dana for sharing your cabin with us. We hope to come back soon."
