Our family had a wonderful stay at Fenix Furano. We stayed in a two bedroom and one bathroom apartment. It was very comfortable, clean, modern, and spacious for family of 4. The washer/dryer combo was very useful for our long travel trip. The room had a balcony with beautiful view of the city. Breakfast buffet had moderate quantity and healthy choices. Breakfast room was small yet their staff was attentive, standing and waiting to help us. This hotel will be a great accomodation for skiers since it is right in front of the gondola base. We appreciate their kindness to accommodate our early check in request. We lost our driver license and couldn't arrive on a rental car as planned. We had to take the Lavender Express so we arrive much earlier. Being able to check in and rest truly made our day better. We highly recommend this hotel.
