“It's the best hotel for me. The owner of the hotel is very nice and enthusiastic. Although they don't speak English very well, they helped us a lot with our heavy luggage. We deeply appreciated about that. If we visit Matera again in the future, we will still choose this hotel. 建議一到廣場噴泉時就先去information拿紙本地圖，對於尋找飯店的位置幫助較大，因為google……

“Der Pool ist riesig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Deutsch spricht hier niemand, aber die meisten können so weit Englisch, dass man sich verstängigen kann. Die Apartments sind groß und wir hatten auch eine wunderschöne große Loggia, die wir sehr genossen haben. Allerdings sind die Apartments nicht besonders schön eingerichtet, und bei uns kam auch der Putz von der Schlafzimmerwand. Dafür fand ich das Doppelbett sehr bequem, allerdings waren die Schlafsofa selbst für die Kinder……

“Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, leider stört der ständige Autolärm der direkt am Haus vorbei führenden Schnellstraße. Die Spielgeräten für die Kinder im Garten sind leider sehr ungepflegt und teilweise defekt, sogar sehr gefährlich für die Kinder. Was uns aber wirklich sehr gestört hat sind die Bäder, leider konnten wir aufgrund starker Geruchsbelästigung ein Bad überhaupt nicht benutzen und bei zwei anderen Bädern kam nur sehr spärlich Wasser an der Dusche, ein angenehmes Duschen war leider……

“We are two young families who booked this wonderful property to use as a home base for traveling around together in Southern Italy and we are so glad we did. The home's proximity to Matera is perfect as it was only a 10 min drive and we were able to explore the city daily (the owner's recommendations for dining and sites were spot on) and then return to the expansive property and enjoy wine and the breathtaking sunsets while the kids played in the huge pool. “Ho soggiornato in questo villaggio con la famiglia dal 19 al 26 agosto 2018. Tutto bene per quanto riguarda l'animazione e il ristorante. Purtroppo il mare (non bello) è impraticabile a causa di una moltitudine di meduse, sei costretto a fare il bagno in una specie di gabbia, parlando anche con il personale della struttura è un problema che va avanti da molti anni, se fossi stato informato non avrei prenotato a Torreserena Village. Altra nota dolente sono le camere, troppo obsolete per il……
