Clean room & comfortable. Biggest problem was the bathroom floor getting very wet during showering as it is just a sloping floor. Good access for those in wheel chairs but messy for others. Limited cooking amenities- microwave only.

Perfect for a family vacation
Great place as a base to explore Gisborne and surrounds. Air con a bonus on really hot days...would stay again...Phil was very accommodating and available as required. Thanks😀
