"👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was outdated, poorly designed, unclean, and had an unbearable odor. I stayed for just one night and checked out the next morning. However, right after returning my room key and getting into my car to leave, a male staff member suddenly knocked on my window and arrogantly asked if I still had a room. I told him I stayed there last night but had already checked out. He rudely demanded that I leave immediately. This behavior was highly inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. Being driven away just minutes after checking out, without being given adequate time to organize and leave, showed a complete lack of respect for guests. I’ve stayed at many hotels but have never experienced such rude service. If you plan to stay at this hotel, be prepared to leave immediately after checkout, or you may face the same unpleasant treatment."
