“The entire hotel is under construction. The breakfast area, front door area and all the hallway on the third floor was under construction. No breakfast area access. The room was adequate but I stayed three nights and not once did the room get made up. So no fresh towels, no tossing out the trash. The front desk must be manned by only one person b/c I rarely saw anyone there. The TV did not work on the third night, no internet I suppose. Had to watch tv on my phone. I visit Longview three to……

Check-in was delayed significantly by a slow computer system, which is not ideal after a long travel day. Furthermore, as the most expensive lodging option within 50 miles, the absence of an expanded continental breakfast is a notable omission. A complimentary breakfast should absolutely be offer. “All staff and accommodations were excellent, including guest services like the pool, laundry, and exercise facility. Breakfast was great. I really love Home to suites because of the living kitchen and seating areas. I was there for a week and didn’t feel claustrophobic like a regular hotel can sometimes feel.”

Chili's and Wing Stop are within short walking distance. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The pillows were a little strange, they're square, but there are lots of them.
