“Unfortunately our stay here wasn't the best. Firstly the roads round it are all closed off so finding the place was extremely difficult. It seems that I was sent an email to advise us that we would be offered a room in a sister hotel. I never recieved it so we turned up expecting to stay here. It took for ever to get there then the signs for the place are awful. In fairness to them it appears they have only just opened but this wasn't mentioned when I booked. Anyway instead of sending us to……
