"The hotel staff was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable, with the exception of the air conditioner. It squeaked so badly we just turned it off and opened up the windows. We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to others."

"would not recommend it for anyone who parks in their parking lot. someone is breaking into cars using a digital device. Our family stayed in the hotel and all three of our vehicles were broken into and items like Binoculars, Sunglasses and other items. all storage compartments were gone through and strewn all over the floors. management seemed aware of it but would give any kind of discount as a compensation."

"Commode has leakage of water and water spilling across bathroom , can’t use bathroom because of this , not a good parking"

"the person at the check in counter would not recognize me or another customer that had been standing there more than 15 minutes. I had to chase down someone that looked like they worked there because they entered the restaurant. When i got his attention and asked for help he stated check in wasn't until 3. It was 2:45. The next day I looked for breakfast and the doors were closed. It was 6:56. Such poor manners!"

"Best location on shore of Lake Powell above Wahweap Marina. Room needed updating, but it was clean enough, bed was comfy, good quality bedding and towels, fridge in room, great AC, nice balcony. My only complaints were the bathroom sink and vanity were old, beat up, and leaky, and the hall was never vacuumed during our 4-day stay. We had a really nice view of the marina and lake. The Rainbow Room was excellent for breakfast buffet and delicious dinner. It's pricey, but worth it for the incredible floor-to-ceiling 180 degree view of Lake Powell and the cliffs and buttes. We did the Dam Boat Tour that departs from the lobby and it was great. The entire resort property is very nice with easy parking. Beware the line to check in gets extremely long and takes quite a while!"
