the property was everything as listed. it was the perfect distance between Zion and Bryce for our trip. the fully stocked kitchen was a plus, it made meals easy to cook. The hot tub was a bonus at the end of t he day, we sat and watched the stars while listening to the river flow

Awesome stay

We loved staying here and would have enjoyed staying longer. The place was a great amount of space for our group of 8 and it was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Would definitely stay here againn

House was perfect for us as far as location and size. Beds were extremely comfortable and having a washer and dryer was great! Only confusion was the hot tub is a communal hot tub so you had to walk a little bit to get there. We were under the impression it would be closer to the house. Also the only real bed pillows were on the king bed. The other beds need regular pillows with pillow cases and not square throw pillows for the other bedrooms. Towels were a little crunchy and musty smelling. It would have been nice if they were washed and dried with softener. We had to google how to use the coffee maker too. We couldn't find a manual anywhere in the kitchen. Those are minimal things compared to the location and the wonderful beds!! Thanks for a great place to land for a few days!
