Great location with ocean view from dining & living room!

Overall a good experience at this house. I was a little skeptical of the cleanliness because of being a dog friendly place, but was pleased.

75th Birthday celebration

We went to celebrate our father’s 75th birthday! It was perfect amount of space and my dad cannot walk to the beach, so hanging out on the deck was perfect for him to watch us all and see the Ocean!

Gorgeous View

Plenty of room in the kitchen cabinets. The downstairs (west) bed needs a pillowtop (not the old squished flat foam currently there). The laundry/utility room reeks of old seafood and despite our efforts to mitigate the stench, we came to the conclusion it's coming from the utility sink pipes. Hope these two issues are resolved before we return :0)

Definitely a 5 star location and loved the deck. House was adequately clean but looks like it could use a nice deep clean (ie: kitchen cabinet doors were a bit grimy, a few of the dishes in the cabinets were actually dirty, and if the place is closed up, the downstairs carpets definitely have an odor.). Wasn’t expecting perfection for the price point and location can’t be beat, but could use a little TLC. Also not fond of VRBOs managed by Vacasa as communication is a bit tougher.

Family vacation

We are a family of 6 who just finished our four-night stay at this property. The location and views are unmatched! The home itself is a bit older, but it is comfortable, lovely, and had all we needed for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I definitely recommend this property and we would happily stay there again in the future.

My children and their families stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. Right on the beach, the view is awesome! Grandson's played pool, and we played football on the beach down in front of the house. It was a really good time and lots of room for all of us.

What a wonderful beach house!!

What a wonderful beach view! The property was very clean and easily accommodated 7 of us. The beach access was only one house down which made it very easy to get to. I would recommend this house if you are looking for a quiet area close to shops and restaurants along with having one of the best views I’ve seen!

Perfect stay

We loved the location and the house. The kitchen amenities were off the charts awesome and made for great ease when cooking for Thanksgiving. With double everything in cookware, we were never left wanting for anything. Beds were a bit firm, but the bedrooms were spacious. The house had all the charm and warmth of a home and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is a little dated but very comfortable & well stocked. We loved the views and the easy access to the beach. We had everything we needed to cook all of our meals, there are lots of extra blankets & towels. We loved having the games & puzzles available.
