「Cottage was super clean when we arrived.The private beach is definitely a plus.As mentionned before, the shower is quite small but other than that this was an extremely pleasant stay. I will recommend it 100%」

「We had a fantastic time, with so much to do outdoors, our 5 boys had no problem falling asleep completely exhausted at the end of the day. It’s a mix between “Glamping” and “camping” the cabin was super cute. Has a full fridge and microwave, with an outdoor grill. There’s no toilets or running water in the cabin, but the main lodge has showers and toilets and a full kitchen to use, and the cabin is like 50 feet from it. We had a blast and the kids have asked to come back here every year from now...

「Very relaxing. Surprised at all the lily pads and scum in the pond, though. I've been there in June previously and pond was clear. We had a nice time, though」

「We liked that it was practical and felt like a home away from home. Some cabins feel like they’re trying to be hotels and that’s fine, but this felt more like a quiet, simplified home. The layout was practical and there were places to hang towels. It made good use of the available space. It’s located away from the busy street and between Tawas and Oscoda, making for a shorter drive to both places. Our only downside was the beds were small (they are listed as double — so I just thought in my head...

「The cabin is really cute and well stocked, the deck is truly wonderful, we just picked the wrong week to stay somewhere with no air conditioning. Yes, there are plenty of fans and if you don't mind the heat it won't bother you. Checked the weather for the following week and it would have been exceptional to be there that week! The water is gorgeous- clean and clear, the beach is beautiful, with amazingly soft sand. Would definitely stay there again! 」

「Our stay couldn’t have been better. The views are breathtaking, such gorgeous beaches, and the scenic lake. The beach house was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. All of us felt at home. It was wonderful to rest and relax in comfort. Highly recommend!」

「This is an awesome cottage. Very spacious with a large well stocked kitchen and good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The view from the front deck is beautiful.. Watching the sunrise over Lake Huron every morning was an excellent way to start the day. There was space enough on the front section of the property to set up a badminton game/ volley ball game. Everyone had a great time. Would definitely return to Sunrise!!!!!」
