Oscoda getaway

What a great location! Relaxing views of Lake Huron, sun, beautiful sunrises, long walks on the beach. We had everything we needed (except warmer weather!). I highly recommend this cute beach cottage and would definitely stay here again.

Felt like home but on an amazing beach!

The Beach House was a very cozy cottage on the water. It had everything we needed and wonderful views and access to the beach. If you are looking for a very casual, relaxing time, sleeping to the sounds of the waves, this is the place!

We have been here twice now at the Beach House. We absolutely love it and you can't beat the view from the balcony! Kid friendly, clean and comfy! Will definitely nook again!

The BEST house I have rented in 10 years.

Your rental home is amazing. I have stayed at many houses on the lake front and yours is the best for the price. I didn’t even need to walk outside to see the beautiful Lake Huron. The house itself is so charming and warm, well maintained. Everything I could need for a week away from home was provided. The new couch is super comfy. I was worried that the other 3 rentals would be bothersome but there is definitely enough room for all of us to have our privacy. Very close to shopping and church. I felt very safe and protected. Absolutely the best regeneration vacation I’ve had. I did not want to leave. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven on Lake Huron.

Perfect Beach Day Location

This was my daughter's favorite spot during our Michigan vacation. We had the section of beach all to ourselves. We enjoyed eating on the back deck and watching the waves roll in. Check in was very easy with the detailed instructions. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a beach location for family. Plenty of space on the beach for all the fun in the sun.

Perfect family friendly rental

The location was perfect for our family vaca. We could sit on the couch and watch the kids play in the water or on the playset since they could last a lot longer in the heat than we can 🙂. I had a couple questions and the owner was very responsive. Overall great experience.

Breach Club Of Oscoda

Nicely decorated home right on the beach with lots of storage in the kitchen and bathroom. The views of the beach and lake from the home were great. The beach was super clean, Lake Huron was awesome; the colors of the lake are phenomenal. Our dog loved the beach!! The chairs outside were nice and the fire pit was used!! Thank you for having such a nice place to stay. We will be back!

Way better than I thought

We had an amazing time!!! I hadn't been to Lake Huron before, the beach and water were great. The cabin was way better than I anticipated, we cooked, we grilled we washed our cloths. It was great to walk right onto the beach - my pooch LOVED swimming with his boy. To top it off, nice folks in all the other homes so when we did run into anyone else it was great. Can't wait to return.

Loved the beach front!

We had a great time at the house! It was exactly the way it was described on the website. The first couple days were gloomy from a storm, but after that, we sat out on the beach every morning and watched the sunrise over the lake. We definitely would rent this house again! The property manager answered any questions we had.

Great spot, needs some updates

I initially wanted to score this quite low. When we arrived the place wasn’t cleaned, the beds were a mess, there were dishes in the sink, and beer cans left on the tables. However, the clean team was quick to arrive to correct. Quick response from the property manager as well. This was a great little spot, the house was just ok. Needed some updates, and a few more amenities would have been nice. Bare minimum provided inside (had to ask for more toilet paper because minimum left to use). Back door was broken,(had to secure/lock with a piece of wood because the lock didn’t work) which is why someone probably helped them selfs and it was dirty when we arrived. Plus for being ok with animals. Spot to hook up the dog in our place, doggie clean up station was a plus. Kids loved the swing set, but it was on it’s last leg. All and all, if you are aiming for nothing fancy, with enough to get the family through a nice week on the beach, this works. Great beach which is what we were there for!

Best in Greenbush

I think perspective is important with this rental. I am well traveled and have stayed in luxiourous places, when warranted, say Clearwater Beach or Palm Springs. I have also tent camped at Copper Harbor. The location dictates what the best accommodation is. My extended family has been having our annual family reunion for decades in Oscoda. Our usual spot was sold to new owners and just our family of 3 needed a little more space. We stayed about a 2 minute walk down the beach from them. Over the years I have stayed at 4 other "resorts"/beach cabins in this small area. This was the best overall. It depends on your expectations and if you are a return visitor to the area. The water access and beach are aces. 5 star there. The inspect population is always an issue when you come to Oscoda. Sometimes the mosquitos are better/worse, sometimes the flies. This year a little less flies, but wait for the wind to change. The gnats at night are plentiful. There was a magical night, with all the stars and a perfect cresecent moon shining over the lake. Recommend a star gazing app. Ok, the carpet needs to be replaced. I was thankful it was pet friendly, but it did have a noticeable odor. It was alright when the windows were open during the day. I bought a bottle of febreeze. Would stay next year at Lakeshore cabin or bring my own carpet steamer. Thank you.
