"This is a very cheap place to stay and its quality is absolutely reflected in the price. It is in the heart of the tenderloin so expect open air drug use and human excrement on the front steps. Fine if you’re an adult but no place for kids. The walls are paper thin so expect to hear EVERYTHING going on in the rooms around you at all hours of the day. There is no climate control in the room so be ready to be hot at night. Rooms are clean enough. Photos are prettt missleading and everything is deffinately older than you might think from looking at the pics. What you pay is what you get with this one. "

"The room is tiny! But it worked. I was awoken by very loud music at 5am, unfortunately. Took a star off due to that, the slim selection at breakfast, one elevator being out of service, and the check-in kiosk not working for me. "

"The place is close to everything, very safe. Easy to get to from bart. Front staff is very friendly, professional and ready to assist with recommendations. The issue is, rooms have a heater but no AC. It was a really hot day in SF. Possible that they do not have many really hot days. "

"The rooms were clean. The hotel itself is a little dated but good, in a good location. There are food options nearby. The bed is not firm its quite soft. There is no air conditioning as stated but the windows do open for fresh air. "
