「When we arrived no one was at the desk when we got closer it was a self checkin when I started the receptionist came out and greeted us then she helped with the rest. When we were going into the dining area we had to wait for staff to approach us to be given us a table there were 3 people at the bar who looks like arguing amongst themselves who is going to come and get us the table. Young lady only came over when she saw another family who was behind us she didn’t apologise for the wait but...

「Was staying on a business trip. Had a good hour of swimming in the large pool then steam room and sauna. The changing area is under renovation so was a bit confusing on how to get to the pool after changing but I am sure it will be great once completed. Had the hot tower of chicken wings and strips with nachos with a couple of beers, great food and service. Will stay again」

「非常不好的住宿體驗，因為當我們晚上抵達飯店時，櫃檯告訴我們已經沒有房間了，所以要把我們轉到他們旗下的另一間飯店，我說我們已經預先付款了，櫃檯卻說不管你付多少錢沒有房間就只能把你們轉到其他飯店，而且一點都沒有表現出抱歉的感覺。我們非常不開心但是也沒辦法，只好再開20分鐘的車程去城市的另一邊住進被轉移到的飯店。雖然他是連鎖的飯店但是這一間真的很不好，不推薦！」

「從未試過在Hotels.com訂房後check-in時沒有房提供，一行8人簡直晴天霹靂，理由是over booking。雖然酒店為我們安排另一間酒店，但車程要半小時，根本是去了另一區。最後給予三間房，其中四人要住一間房，亦確認會安排退款。希望酒店在房間預定方面能有改善。」
