「great place and great service for something so last minute 」

「Lovely lodges, large and comfortable. Perfect for our family trip. The furniture is of excellent quality and although we did not need to use it, the little shop was an excellent idea.」

「Our check in time was 3pm and although the booking was accepted and property details provided, we were not send the code to access the key box. We messaged the host for the final access details as we were arriving and got no response. We called VRBO who provded details to contact the host directly and also no response. We then recieved a message at 3:45pm (after the 3pm check in time) cancelling the booking due to a 'water leak'. Why the host was checking for water leaks after the time we were...
