「Good hospitality from the hotel management. Very nice and friendly. Breakfast was in good quality and always replenished at the right times. We stayed there for 6 nights and found ourselves undisturbed and refreshed! Will definitely return to stay there in future!」

「The check-in counter was inside a small window with glass (so a glass-room !!). There are not enough facilitated inside the room and I ask for an hot-pot (boiled hot water) but the lady refused. She gave me the wrong room with single bed which is other's name, but changed after we (2 persons) told her. 」

「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」

「very bad service.the hotel staff totally forget to give us receipt when we check out , after we back to back to Asia , we tried to phoned them many times but didn't get any document by far. even worse , the reception lady name-Kelly hung up the call , and not listening to our request and complain , i won't choose such hotel again !!!」
