“This is an economical/practical place to stay... more like a college dorm residence than a conventional hotel that a business traveler or tourist might expect. While the basic aesthetics were good for what it is, the general condition of the property was rough around the edges, reflecting room for improvement in upkeep and maintenance - or perhaps reflecting harder use by some longer-term residents.

“We stayed here before in a 2 bedroom and our experience was fantastic. There are many great little spots to eat near by.
This time, we did not like it so much. There was a fight between 2 men not once but twice near our room- very scary to the point that we felt trapped in our room since it was between our room and the exit, and we needed to leave to get our Uber. There were dogs constantly barking. We also could not get the temp of our room to change it was set at 77 and would not adjust. The……
