「Our stay was very nice, hosts were great and gave us a list of restaurants to try along with food shopping stores. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, and since we're in our 70's the walk in shower in one bedroom was a plus. We especially appreciated that we could take our furry best friend ( Oscar) our 11 year old doodle with us. We'll definitely plan a trip back to Kingsmill condo but next trip a little later in season when it's a bit warmer.」

「Everything went very well. Hosts were great and the room was very comfortable. Location was perfect you could walk to all the events if you are attending a conference or wedding. You do need to bring your own soap for the bathroom and the kitchenette consists of a microwave and a mini fridge. There is a high step to access the condo which would not be good for anyone with issues walking.」

「Unfortunately, the property was experiencing hot-water issues, which the owners knew about. When we first arrived after a 6 hr drive, we did not have hot water, and did not get hot water until late the next day. We were informed by the plumber that this issue affected previous renters, and I would encourage the owners to have it fully resolved before renting again. 」

「Clean, well-decorated space. Close to beach access, shopping & dining. Parking is on-street only. Agents were responsive when questions were asked. Would stay again.」

「Great place for a couple, or small family. It was very convenient to everything; and nice to be able to walk everywhere. The condo has a little wear from age, but overall it had everything we needed and more. Appreciated having the little things like soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dryer for our towels etc. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again. 」
