“We stayed here because my sister lives within walking distance. Truly one of the best stays we’ve had!The little bakery next door was great! And Main Street was quaint with lots of little shops. The condo was extremely clean and stocked with everything we could need! The only cons I can think of is the parking is a little tight so if you have a large vehicle it may be somewhat hard for you. And a keyless entry would be nice. Still nothing that would deter us from staying again! We will……

“I have used many air B&Bs and this one is by far my all-time favorite. The cottage was adorable and fully stocked with everything you could have asked for. The property was beautiful and so peaceful. This made a wonderful "home away from home" during my visit with my daughter and best friend. I will defiantly rent this home again!”

“Very clean, comfortable accommodations. Being just Highway 17 makes it convenient. Lovely subdivision.”

“Nice little home in a neighborhood that’s close to everything Gloucester. Within walking distance of Walter Reed’s birthplace, except Hickory Road has no sidewalks. Charming place.”

“So the parking was a bit hard to find because it was down a side alleyway. When we got inside, none of the beds had sheets on them and the linens in the dryer were still a bit damp. I texted the host but got no response. There was brown stains on the memory foam mat in the kitchen and spider webs in the bathroom that we had to clean. I later called the host because the WiFi password wasn’t listed in the welcome book as written in the Evolve email. You cannot access the bedroom TV at the same……

“Erik was a great host. His dog hosted too:) it felt like home. We were in town for a celebration of life and the house helped us stay happy during sad time.”

“The home is adorable and clean in a nice quiet neighborhood. The dock is great and we even caught a crab! Nathan was super responsive. If we ever need a place to stay in these parts again, this will be our first choice. ”
