“Overall great time. The staff was alittle unprepared with some of the extra activities. They could have informed guest about Travelblazer Challenge.. we read about it in the flyer but no staff encouraged us to join or even asked if we knew about it.”

“Two considerations for our choice was the pool and the breakfast offered. The pool was closed during our stay. A nice breakfast buffet was shown on the site, but it, too, was closed during our stay leaving only packaged snack bars and coffee available. Fortunately there was a McDonalds just across the parking lot.”

“I think they can repave the parking lot and spruce up the outside along with the lobby. It doesn’t look to appealing.Need hospitality to throughly clean rooms. They left used towels in our room. Staff were friendly. The breakfast could be better and the elevators need work.”

“Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. The hotel receptionist (Urania)was somewhat pleasant however, made some remarks that my particular room wasn’t ready because I had to wait for a handicap room, I stated I did not book a handicap room. Then, she stated that since I booked via Expedia that, I have the cheapest room, so I had to wait for……

“Staff friendly. Breakfast very good although not included. Many amenities for kids next to Busch Gardens. Bed nice, however ceilings and carpet not clean and dilapidated. I had very limited options to cancel second day; would have been reimbursed very small amount;That was unacceptable. Probably more options if had booked through hotel. Did not see a phone number on Expedia to call directly.”
