「I think they can repave the parking lot and spruce up the outside along with the lobby. It doesn’t look to appealing.Need hospitality to throughly clean rooms. They left used towels in our room. Staff were friendly. The breakfast could be better and the elevators need work.」

「I had to wait for check in over 20 minutes in the lobby with noone coming out to see if I needed help. There was stairs to carry and climb to get to a room located in a odd place. The room looked nothing like the photos. The covers where stained. The curtains to the patio where gross. Roaches ran the walls. The one chair in the room was dirty. We left at 5:30 am because it was that nasty. When we told them that roaches was on the walls, the acted nonchalant and stated we will look into that. Not...
