“I rarely would give a five star review, this property was so beautiful, beautiful welcoming, and extremely clean. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast every day with a beautiful view of the water & the staff were so friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. A+ for the luxurious towels and amenities. I hope our travels bring us back.”

“Just don't.....trust me. We walked into our room, looked around, and left. Smell was horrible, sheets were disgusting, bathroom was tiny and outdated. Definitely not worth the price....it's a $39.99 hotel at best.”

“Please avoid this property at all costs. There were mouse droppings in the room. The cleaning staff did not clean the room when requested. The hotel does not ahve enough linen for all the rooms. Also the hotel does not have enough Towels as well. I came back to my room one afternoon and found that the hand towels were missing. The cleaning staff had come in and taken away all the hand towels, probably they were needed in another room. The Reception staff was very nice and polite, the breakfast……

“We absolutely loved the Tiny Cottages and the outdoor amenities. The owners were out taking a walk and came over and introduced themselves and told us how they found the property and the vision they had for it. They more than delivered and what a peaceful slice of Heaven just North of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel right off US 13. We will definitely be back soon and will recommend to everyone who wants a different experience.”

“The room on the first floor is too small, smelly not nice,clean, all day hot coffee, hot water and ice supply, parking and convenient transportation.”

Here we ran into one problem where the toilet in our room some kind of way went out, and they immediately fixed it and put us in a different room no hassle whatsoever very friendly staff in the property was well kept we enjoyed all of the amenities the pool, & breakfast.”

“The property was a great option for visiting Water Country USA. Busch Gardens was also reasonably close, though my daughters were not interested in going. The staff were friendly and the breakfast options were decent, though the breakfast room was often filled and it was nearly impossible to maintain stock of breakfast items during breakfast hours. Though this is likely to be expected in a large hotel that is in close proximity to theme parks in the summer months. Also, while there, our toilet……
