“Overall I felt it was an incredibly overpriced room. Very bare bones. Yes nice to be right on the beach with balcony and view. Decent buffet breakfast and nice reception staff. However room held nothing special. Cleaners knocked on our door at 9 am. Gave us 3 new towels. Never came back to remove dirty towels, to clean tub or make beds. No wonder grout in tub/shower not well cleaned. Very underwhelming for $500 a night I have to say.”

“We had ants in our room. There isn’t enough parking in the parking deck even though you have a parking pass. Not enough seats at the pool or umbrellas. Elevators barely worked has to take my luggage from the fourth floor stairs to leave. Paid almost 3k for 3 rooms for 3 nights and had trouble every single day.”

“Great little bed and breakfast. Loved the room and how clean everything was. Also great that the cottage was super close to the beach and provided beach towels for guests. Cottage also provided breakfast and parking. Would love to stay again!”

“Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property was immaculate. The pool created a very nice atmosphere to relax in the infinity pool which had an amazing view of the nearby surfing pool and have a nice drink. The whole property had a sleek, modern feel which impressed me. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing 2 things which were minor complaints was the fact that the large main window of our room……

“The front desk receptionist wished my mother a happy birthday when we arrived (Juneteenth baby), and didnt know my brother had a gift set up in our room ready for her. A few hiccups because its during a busy holiday week & season. Only one elevator available to use & it was hectic pulling in the small parking lot, but thank goodness for valet. The view of the beach is beautiful from the balcony. Lively staff. If you do book here, arrive maybe a few minutes early if you can despite the 4pm check……

“Not the best but not bad at all maybe because we were there Father’s Day’s weekend. Too busy and room was not ready on check in time it was 2 hours delayed. Transferred us to another room. On the good side staffs are very accommodating”

“Rooms and common areas are always clean. There is a great patio on the 3rd floor with glass panels to relax on a chase and enjoy the view of the beach on really hot days. Breakfast is really good with the ability to personalize it from the grill and at a good price. Staff are very friendly and helpful.”

“This is the place to stay if you're into more traditional quiet cottages rather than big standard hotels. Angie's is so cute and cozy! The beds are very comfortable and everything extra clean. On top of that Steve Sr. is a hoot! And his dog Shredder is a sweetheart. We could talk forever with Steve and learn the history and interesting facts about the community. So much fun! Also great location, next to the beach and board walk and great restaurants. Loaded up on oysters. We will come back here……
