“The room was adequate but there was mold/mildew on the ceiling above the sliding door that ran into the room. They hotel knew because they painted over the issue. That was difficult to sleep through at night as everyone in our room seemed to close up due to the mildew. The room was overall clean, well maintained, the beach view was a joke. “Great little bed and breakfast. Loved the room and how clean everything was. Also great that the cottage was super close to the beach and provided beach towels for guests. Cottage also provided breakfast and parking. Would love to stay again!”

“The location was perfect if you like being further down and out of the chaos. It’s located at the end of the boardwalk. The oceanfront was perfect. The pool was great! One of the best ones we saw while walking the boardwalk and strip. The food was good. The staff was super nice and welcoming. The beach was clean and well maintained.”

“Location was great, right on the boardwalk and beach, within walking distance to many restaurants and music venues. For the price it was amazing, the staff was terrific. There were a few repairs to the room that are overdo but it wouldn't stop us from staying there again for the price and convenience of the location.”

“This is our second year staying at this hotel so that we can walk to the Point Break music festival. It is clean and very convenient. We also love the views of the ocean and the boardwalk. Definitely will be staying here next year.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this place! It’s our spot. We’ve stayed here before, but this time the kids and I decided to make it our permanent Virginia Beach place. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the staff is wonderful as well. It’s a really short walk to the beach from the parking lot.
