“After our original reservation with another hotel was canceled as we were half way to the destination, this is where we were placed. Was definitely a downgrade. The elevator was extremely slow. The lamp in our room would blink every time we turned it on. The fridge didn’t have a freezer. The room still had pistachio shells on the floor and balcony from the previous people. The balcony was small and the AC unit exhaust was right on the balcony. The bed was at least comfortable.”

Hotel staff didn’t tell us where everything was we literally had to ask how to get to certain things. Sliding door to get a view of the pool was hard to even open and close. And it was vomit in the elevator that sat there. Juet nasty and made my experience stressful”

“Overall, the resort was good, but I was surprised by how spread out everything was. You have to drive almost everywhere within the resort. Our room was about 10 minutes away from the waterpark by car, and the activities were also located in different areas, so driving was necessary throughout the stay. The resort is very large, and the scenery is beautiful. The indoor and outdoor waterparks were amazing and were definitely the highlight of our trip. Unfortunately, the food was not good, and……
