"We only stayed one night as a stop over on our way to Myrtle beach. Hotel was cute. Front desk staff was super nice. Loved the little drink and snack stand. "

"The parking situation is really crazy. You pay for parking through a non-hotel entity and it is handled separately from the hotel bill (via QR code and confusing instructions). No way in this location should guests have to pay for parking. Room was fine but toilet flush was antiquated, difficult to use and NOISY. Could not turn on the light in the bathroom without keeping the extractor fan on. Also noisy. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly but I would not choose to stay there again."

"The staffs were amazing. The hot and cold breakfast was good + fresh yogurt. The room was spacious, neat and very clean.The bathroom was amazing too. It's a pity i wanted to book another stay for May 23rd-25th but the hotel was fully booked. Our stay was very pleasant. I will recommend the hotel."

"The place really is just not kept up with. The wifi is so slow that many connections fail. There are missing pieces of trim and holes in some walls. The was a bunch of pickles and lettuce on the ground by the stairs. The EV chargers are hit or miss. The Tesla chargers work if you have a Tesla, but if you have an SAE/CCS based plug, the CCS charger is broken and using a NACS adapter for the Tesla's fail the connection test. In the evenings there were tailgaters in the basement imbibing in copious amounts of weed and alcohol that made it unpleasant to even park in the basement. 0/10, would not recommend"

"I didn’t have any expectations for my stay here, positive or negative. I stayed just one night, as planned. Check in was efficient and they asked if I wanted to stay near anyone else since my family was also staying there. I stayed in room 709, top floor. The room was large and clean, no frills but well appointed. Lots of electrical outlets and good closet and bathroom storage for belongings not to be on the floor. The bed was comfortable though the pillows weren’t good for me (very flat). The problems I had in sleeping there was the very frequent loud noise from the elevator. It sounded like jackhammers in the distance and it was pretty constant. The AC was also loud and intermittent so it was hard to block out. The staff were friendly and nice but I hope the elevators and AC can be quieted!"

"For your own sake, do not even bother attempting to stay in hermitage. I pulled in late night for a quick sleep and head out early morning. On arrival bldg lobby was dimly lit. No cars in parking lot, a few homeless people outside. Clear to me that this hotel was a shelter of sorts. I left after no answer and suspicious looks from some of the residents. 3 cars in parking lot of a bldg allegedly close to sold out. Please hotels.com , do even a little bit of homework before offering this to your clients. We deserve at least that. I booked another hotel at twice the price and will happily eat the cost of hermitage. I love to save a dime, but if my adult daughters were there I’d ask for a “I’m ok” communique in am"
