“Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go.”

“We stayed at Ragland on the return leg of a two week road trip from NY to southern Florida. It was such a welcoming and cozy experience. We arrived late because of traffic and Claudia met us at the door, showed us around and led us to our room. First of all, it’s huge. After staying in small rooms for two weeks this was so nice. Great big tv, and plenty of space for unpacking if needed. Most importantly, the bed was sooooo comfy. Good mattress and soft linens. The breakfast in the morning was……

“A new building designed in the style of colonial era homes. Larry and Patricia were terrific hosts. Breakfast was made to order and amazing, including biscuits made according to Larry’s grandmother’s recipe. Comfy bed, plush towels. The dimmer switches for the lights are a great touch. Plenty of parking, nice large backyard with tons of birds. Remote location so it’s nice and quiet. Absolutely would stay here again! ”
