“This room was horrible and not clean. ”

“Clean room. Super friendly staff. Property grounds and public restroom clean. Elevator was down but I was given room on 1st Floor -I did not mind. Breakfast area super clean and food cooked perfectly. Chef was monitoring breakfast area and really nice. Location was perfect for me as I had business on the base. Shops super close. I would definitely stay again. ”

“Tyler was at the front desk when we checked in and he could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The lobby was decorated for Easter and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the breakfast had no fruit available other than apples. ”

“We checked in and pulled around to the side entrance where we where instructed to go and the outside door would not open with our card so we had to walk around to the front to get to the room. Go up to the room and the hallway and room were under construction with no power in the room, go back to the desk and they assign us to another room. We go to this room and cannot get in the door. It will not unlock. Go back to the front desk and the lady says the lock battery may be dead and she had to……

“Canceld stay. Dirty rooms, ded cockroachs in the floor in room and dirty mini fridge.”

“Room 175 was broken down, dirty, cockroach infested. There were No Towels, No Face Cloth, No Toilet Paper, No Tissues, No Shampoo, No Hair Dryer. The TV Remote was broken. Expedia should disassociate from this Travelers Inn as it hurts the Expedia name. The structure should be condemned and shut down. Beyond disappointed.”

“Dirty sheets dirty floor rough hallways”

“Clean and comfortable room. Only draw back was the limitation for our dog ( keeping out of certain areas and could not leave him alone plus limited places to walk him).”

“I was told by the young lady in the office on a Friday night after already paying my money and booking online that they had no smoking rooms available that was clean with a TV”

“The room was clean but smelled of old stale cigarette smoke probably from decades of smoking in the room before it became nonsmoking. The room was a bit dilapidated but clean. Everything was clean. Could use some updating & renovations. ”

At check-in, I had paid in full a week in advance for my entire stay, they said they overbooked the entire hotel and were demanding an additional seventy dollars per night just to check in. Classic bait-n-switch. The shift manager was only available by phone and she’s was extremely unprofessional. Then I had to demand to speak with the GM and he said to honor my reservation. ”
