“Stayed downtown while attending an event at the convention center and the surrounding area.
Good: Apt was very nice- clean and well set up, bed was good, plenty of dishes and coffee provided ++
Bad: The stairs up are really steep, so take that into account if you book. The areas is a little sketchy, but no one ever bothered us. Parking (provided lot) is a little bit of a walk away, but never had a problem and no one bothered the car.
Overall still a great spot to stay if you have an event at……

“Owner did not communicate with me until a message on VRBO at 5:30PM telling me that the apartment was not available. I began reaching out to her using messaging and voice mail at 4 PM to get information on getting into the building and apartment.
I did receive a full refund the next day but I can not understand why the owner did not cancel the reservation as soon as they knew that the apartment wasn't available.”
