“Great location! Host responsive!”

“Super nice, cozy house! Everything was new, top of the line quality. The private, fenced in yard was throughly enjoyed by my pup and the office with beautiful window was used daily as this was a working vacation for me. ”

“Communication with the host was spotty in the 9 months leading to our trip with some messages gone unanswered. Payment system was a mess but we were offered a discount for our troubles which was nice. The shower head in the primary bathroom was rusted, leaking and broken so we couldn't use it during our stay. Host came and offered to fix it, but wasn't a huge deal as there were 2 other showers and it would take a while to fix and dry out wall. The shower in the garage conversion is a raw……

The host is not responsive even when we reached out to him four days in advance asking if we could do an early check-in we got to the date of the booking to check in and the host never responded. He wasn’t even reached out to my Vrbo and never responded, causing my family to spend extra money to now go out and find another location. I wouldn’t advise never booking with this host. We have booked another reservation for three weeks from now, which we’ve also canceled due to……
