“选择伯克利酒店入住10晚是正确的选择。 酒店比较有年代感，不同于标准的商务型星级酒店，公共区域不大，很有家的氛围，与里士满这座历史名城风格很搭。Ms.Star非常友善，保持对客人的关注，在入住期间中有任何问题都能及时得到解答，并且随时准备着解决顾客的难题。 预订了小套房，一晚后提出升级要求后及时换到了更加满意的阳台房，房型都很宽敞明亮，床品舒适，休闲工作区域设置合理。 特别要提的是酒店的餐厅，我在那里尝试了午餐、晚餐和几乎所有10天的早餐（除了周一休息），餐厅餐品实际的色味远超出酒店门口的展示牌，与主厨的交流令人愉快，餐厅的服务也令人满意。 酒店的位置可以便利的到达任何热门地点，步行可达河边和多个景点，如果不愿意走路，城市的公交系统运行高效并且免费，去到较远的short pump购物中心也十分方便。 总之，非常愉快的一次入住，给你在家之外有家的感觉。今后去到里士满毫无疑问将继续入住伯克利酒店。”

“The hotel could use a basic "refresh". While my room was a nice size, it was a bit run down and could use an overall upgrade. The staff was great - Shane is wonderful! I was not clear when housekeeping was to come. Towels were changed every day, but my bed was only made 1 out of the 3 days I was there. Good location. ”

“Room was much smaller than what was seamed on photos. Wide angle view makes us look much larger. Bathroom was fine but the actual room just enough space for bed and 1-2 feet are on each side of bed. That was it. No place to put your clothes. Only hooks on wall. Fridge will hold minimal items maybe one full subway sandwich so pack accordingly. They would not switch room to a larger one even when available for additional charge (maybe their policy is different but still did not expect that). No……

“I seriously have stayed in nicer cheap road side Motel 6s than this place. Room had a horrible AC unit that groaned and howled while on so badly that I couldn’t sleep with it on. Next two nights I just got the room as cold as possible during the early evening so I could turn off the AC completely when I wanted to sleep. Shampoo dispenser was completely empty; so I asked the front desk to refill it. Came back to the room and had new towels but still no shampoo. Plus shower was barely warm;……

“It was skeptical at first. I didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into, then I met who also was staying there, it was not all that bad. I had a good time. We were not there as much. Pinball is great if you know how to play. Thank you.”
