"Staff was great! From the valet to the cleaning team, everyone was helpful! The only thing was this Graduate is a bit run down. Paint splashes on bathroom floor, towels that are a bit old. Elevators broken or scratched up. I have been to the Graduate in other cities and they were a bit more polished still. Also, my 84 year old mom had to leave her room at 1 am bc the fire alarm was going off! No fire, no one knowing what was going on."

"Do not let them put you on the 19th floor on a weekend. The pounding music from the nightclub upstairs will keep you awake and the hotel staff report they can do nothing about it. Also, there are no security measures in the hotel or garage."

"We arrived at 9 PM to check in only to find out that the restaurant and bar on the property are not open because they were being renovated. So that was disappointing because we were tired and hungry. Otherwise the property is very nice. Location is great, and the staff was very helpful."

"Unfortunately several tries to speak to the front desk yielded only a busy signal, and the housekeeping number never answered. I was trying to have a hair dryer sent to the room since there wasn't one. I did snag a housekeeper in the hallway on my way back from the lobby and success!"

"Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the we really enjoyed the restaurant for a light meal"

"Valet Parking: I stayed at the hotel for two (2) nights and utilized Valet Parking, which offered in-out privileges. I was texted a link to retrieve my vehicle when ready, and it worked fairly well. When I returned the vehicle a second time, I was not resent another link. I went to retrieve it a second time using the same link, but it was inoperable. I think it would be a better option to use txt features for your vehicle, instead of the link -unless you can use the link for multiple days instead of having to receive a new txt link each time you return the vehicle to Valet during your stay. Bedding: The mattresses are hard. They are not very comfortable if you are not used to sleeping on a hard mattress. Restaurant (FL Restaurant): Limited Selections, if you choose to dine there. Breakfast was satisfactory."
