“The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.”

“As far as Staff is wonderful, the room need!! I would say full renovation! It’s seams like staff cleaning the room, but all overused and looks 50 years old.”

“Cockroaches. Disgusting. It was our only option to stay at 1am after driving all day and we stayed to sleep for 4 hours but could barley do it as soon as we go into the hotel the front desk guy isn’t there and there’s a sign to call a number , we call it and then he comes out of a random room hair a mess like he just woke up . We get our keys quickly and head to our room, as soon as we open the door a moldy musty smell hits us in the face. We close the hotel door and there’s a massive cockroach……

“Overall cleanliness was good, although the room’s rug was dirty. Lots of food and shopping options nearby. Room space was also good. Downside - my room was never reserved and had to be accommodated in a room with full sized bed.”

“I recently stayed at the Virginia Cliffe Inn and had such a wonderful experience, especially when it came to breakfast. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The seared biscuits were a standout — warm, golden, and perfectly crisp on the edges. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and flavorful, paired with delicious bacon cooked just right. I also loved the little touches that made the meal feel special: a fresh bowl of cheese and grapes, a bright and refreshing fruit……

“We checked very late by design. The clerk was very friendly and accommodating. The only criticism I have was the strong smell of weed in the hallway. The breakfast was great before we hit the road. ”

“Pros: 1. Excellent breakfast with variety 2. Atmosphere feels welcoming Cons: 1. Poor cleaning, sofa and desk chair with visible stains. 2. The accessibility shower room was very inconvenient. The hand held shower head was great. But the shower head from the wall is poor water pressure. 3. The fan was so loud, even by shutting it off, and it was still constantly blowing. ”
