Absolutely terrible!! Stopping through Williamsburg for the night expecting to get a nice hotel because the pictures looked way better than what you get in person!!! To start the bathroom toilet didn’t work we had had to fix it just to get through the night! No wash cloths were left in the room we had to ask an go get from desk! We took a trip to the pool an so called hot tub to find a beat up room with holes in the wall a dirty floors submerged In water with a hot tub that was dirty a cold!! The experience of this room was never again we will stick to paying more for our kids to be comfortable!!

The room was spotless with appropriate amenities, but there wasn't a microwave in the room which was a surprise as Days Inn usually has one in the room. There was a 'community' microwave in the breakfast area. This was a bit of inconvenience if you wanted to heat up food and didn't feel like going out your room. I was able to dry my clothes as they had a guest laundromat which was good. I didn't make it to breakfast which was until 10 am so I can't rate that. There was an enclosed hot tub and pool available for use. The bed was comfortable (King size). Overall the experience was similar to that of other Days Inns' with the exception of the colonial style decor of the establishment which reflected the area of Williamsburg it is located in. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable informing me of all of the information I needed to know at check-in.

The check in took 20-30 minutes, there was no remote in the room for the television and I had to go to the store and buy milk for cereal at Continental breakfast.

They need to learn how to clean I stayed there twice in 2 weeks and both times it was so terrible I only slept a few hours and left. The tub in the room was not properly cleaned there was dried up shampoo or body wash on the tub floor there was a big red stain on the couch cushion the bathroom door hinges were all rusty there was a huge crack in the bathroom sink the shower curtain rod wasn't properly secured and it was all loose the bathroom light switch cover didn't even cover the entire hole on the wall it was dangerous the light switch outlet cover in the bathroom was missing multiple screws I found what looked to be cigarette ashes behind nightstands and it smelled so nasty in there like an old ash tray also the air and heat register had pieces broken out of it and both times I went there I had booked with Expedia and they always tried charging me again when I get there overall terrible experience won't go there again the last thing is the last night before heading back home we went to check out in the morning and no one was at the desk to check us out

Bad experience front desk staff rude the continental breakfast was not open at when it says 7 to 10 at 8:30 in the morning. but they say you can walk next-door to get something to eat and tell him you’re staying at this hotel but when you have two little kids, how are you supposed to do that when it’s freezing cold. The pool does not open till 10 AM and your checkouts at 11 so you can’t even use the pool when you have kids with you. The early check in through the website did not work. It didn’t let us and we had to pay $50 to early check-in because your website wouldn’t allow cause they don’t accept third-party apps. and only one towel in the shower with four people how is that even usable? they do not honor online reservations. They want to say they can’t see it on their end of the computer even though it’s through Wyndham‘s website.
