“Lovely cake on arrival, beautiful location, everything you needed for a fabulous mini break. ”

“Clean cottage with comfy beds. Rooms like the photographs but access from dining room to lounge and the stone staircase were a bit of a surprise. Some additional outside lighting by the Bothy would also have been helpful. Stayed as a group for a wedding at nearby Cripps Barn and this was lovely and convenient, and the Catherine Wheel pub was great for evening meals.”

“Ideal place to stay for a break, comfortable cottage, well equipped. Good location, quiet and peaceful, yet only a few minutes walk from the village. Lovely country walks straight from the door.”

“Nice touch with the welcome pack, property was wonderful very clean furnished to a very high standard and well equipped, excellent parking we had two cars and had no problem, next time I’m in this area I would definitely stay here again. ”

“This is a fabulous cottage which is very central to where we wanted to visit each day. Comfortable beds with quality bedding and pillows. It had all the amenities and had underfloor heating which gave the cottage a cosy warm atmosphere . I would recommend this place to any of my friends and whole to return soon ”

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the cottage. Everything was well thought out and check-in instructions were clear and simple. It was great to have the village only a stones throw away, yet it was extremely quiet during our stay, even when it was pouring down with rain. Although we had to get some bits for the fire, it was handy to have a shop nearby to get it. Wi-Fi isn’t particularly strong but was fine to get by. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this very centrally located home. Was nice to be able to walk to so many things in town. The house was spacious and as described. We enjoyed the quaint atmosphere of the home. When we had a question about turning on the heat someone came to help quickly. Would recommend! Thank you!”

“The house itself was lovely!… on arrival we found downstairs toilet blocked which caused major problem for one of our disabled guests! Pillow’s definitely need replacing… sofas not good for anyone over 40 who has problems getting up and down, they were so low!.. Positives good selection crockery and cutlery, nice big lounge, lovely log burner… beautiful outlook… if changes were made might consider returning.”
