The Utkiek holiday home is located in the Bockholm district of Glücksburg, right by the sea and just about 30 metres from the water. The property is situated on the beachfront, features private beach access with a dock, and offers views of the beach and the sea. Thanks to its quiet location, the holiday home is particularly well-suited for anyone who appreciates being close to the water—from an early morning walk to a relaxing day at the beach. The beach is a pebble beach, so you can enjoy your time by the sea as well as activities right at the water’s edge.

With a size of 90 m² and 3 bedrooms, the holiday home offers space for up to 6 guests. It also features a comfortable bathroom with a shower, making daily life pleasant even with several people staying there. The amenities are designed for comfort: bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit. The house is designated as a non-smoking property and features a private, detached lot measuring 600 m². Since the lot is fenced and child- and dog-safe, children and pets can safely enjoy the surroundings. For added privacy, privacy screens are provided for all windows. The covered patio and an additional patio area allow you to enjoy your day flexibly—ideal for taking in the view of the surroundings, relaxing after returning from the beach, or preparing for a barbecue in the garden. Additional amenities include a garden, a lawn for sunbathing, patio furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a windbreak. A grill is available, described as a charcoal grill.

Inside, you’ll find a cosy layout with a living room, dining area, and a sofa nook. The kitchen is open to the living room and offers everything you need for self-catering, including a stove (ceramic), an electric oven connection, refrigerator, freezer compartment or freezer cabinet with a separate freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. Spices and a dustbin are also included. For comfort in any weather, there is electric heating. There is also a wood-burning stove to create a cosy atmosphere in the evenings. Entertainment and communication needs are also covered: There is a TV (35–44 inches) with satellite and digital international channels, as well as a radio and a CD player. Internet and Wi-Fi are available, with speeds starting at 100 Mbit/s, e.g., via cable or fibre optics. Practical amenities include a washing machine for personal use, a clothes drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board. A safe ensures security and order, complemented by smoke detectors and a first-aid kit.

The house is located in a rural setting “in a village,” yet shopping options and the town of Glücksburg are about 4,000 m away. Restaurants are about 2,100 m away. A car is recommended for getting around, although a bus stop is within walking distance. Private parking is available in the carport. Additional free parking is available on the street in front of the house.

The detached holiday home features a total of three cosy bedrooms, equipped with high-quality bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The open-concept living and dining area is bright and inviting, featuring a comfortable sofa nook and a large dining table—perfect for social evenings. Entertainment is provided by three TVs with digital satellite connections as well as a hi-fi system where you can play your favourite music.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: You’ll find a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave, to name just a few of the amenities. There’s also a coffee maker and an espresso machine, perfect for enjoying your first morning coffee with a view of the sea.

An absolute highlight is the large terrace, which is ideal for sunny days. Enjoy your meals outdoors, relax on the lounge chairs, or spend convivial evenings barbecuing with family and friends. The garden offers plenty of space for playing and relaxing. For our younger guests, there’s a sandpit that’s sure to make children’s hearts race.

After an eventful day at the nearby beach—just 200 metres away—the on-site sauna provides well-deserved relaxation. The beach area offers a variety of recreational activities, such as swimming, windsurfing, or simply relaxing. The surrounding area is perfect for scenic hikes and bike rides to explore the beautiful natural surroundings.

The location of our accommodation is another plus: set in a quiet, idyllic setting, you’ll still find all the amenities you need for daily life nearby. Shopping options are about 4,000 m away, and restaurants are just 2,100 m away. The town centre of Glücksburg is about 4 km away, while the nearest golf course is 2 km away.

The accommodation is also family-friendly and offers high chairs and a cot upon request. Pets are also welcome, but we ask that you contact us in advance. Safety and comfort are our top priorities, which is why the apartment features a fenced-in property and smoke detectors for your safety. There is ample parking space on the property for up to three cars.
