The “Kajüte Fördeblick (App. 112)” apartment is located on the second floor of a well-maintained apartment complex on the spa beach in Glücksburg and impresses with its exposed location in the front row on the fine sandy beach. With a living space of 33 m², this modernized one-room apartment offers a well-designed layout and an exceptionally good view of the Flensburg Fjord, which you can enjoy both from the living room and from the covered balcony with beach view.
The accommodation is ideally suited to the needs of families and couples. Children are expressly welcome. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. The living and sleeping area is functionally designed and features a comfortable sofa corner, a modern dining area with a dining table, and vinyl flooring that creates an easy-care yet appealing atmosphere. Technical equipment includes a flat-screen TV (35–44 inches, digital cable reception), Blu-ray and DVD player, and high-speed internet connection with at least 100 Mbit/s.
For relaxed meals, there is a kitchen integrated into the living room with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, integrated freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, Tassimo espresso machine, cooking and dining utensils, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and fresh hand towels and bath towels.
The apartment was last completely renovated in 2020 and is a designated non-smoking property. A clothes horse, washing machine for personal use, vacuum cleaner, and ample storage space provide additional comfort. All windows are fitted with privacy screens. For your safety, a first aid kit and smoke detectors are provided.
A limited number of free parking spaces are available on the building's parking decks. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a specific space. E-bikes can also be stored there securely. The location is characterized by its proximity to the sea (only 50 meters to the water). The beach is also conveniently located 50 meters away. There is a restaurant directly in the residential complex, and shopping facilities and a supermarket are about 1,500 meters away.
The Hanseatic Yachting School - DHH is within walking distance of the apartment, making it ideal for course participants. In addition, the Fördeland Therme with its family-friendly bathing area and wellness area is only a few steps away. The apartment is located in the town of Glücksburg, but is characterized by its quiet beach location. Public transportation is available about 200 meters away, and the ferry terminal is only 100 meters away. The city center is 1.5 kilometers away.
