Für Familien geeignet

Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und vier Kinder (im Alter von 0-7 Jahre). Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Darunter gab es ein Bad mit Whirlpool-Badewanne. Leider konnten wir diese nicht nutzen, da die Vorgänger dem Besitzer nicht bescheid gesagt haben, das diese nicht funktioniert. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und wirklich bemüht, das unser Aufenthalt ein sehr schöner wird. Sie hatte mit Handwerkern die Badewanne repariert, nur leider wurde bei der Reparatur nicht sorgfältig genug gearbeitet, sodass die Whirlpool-Funktion nicht von uns genutzt werden konnte. Dafür war draußen der Pool super! Auch der Spielplatz und das Trampolin wurde von unseren Kindern geliebt. Alles in allem, war es ein schöner Familienurlaub und leider zu kurz. Vielleicht kommen wir ein zweites Mal...

Toller Urlaub mit Kommunikationsproblemen!

Wir hatten am 03.06.2021 unseren Urlaub für eine Woche für den Zeitraum 10.07.21 bis 17.07.21 gebucht. Plötzlich erhielten wir paar Tage später eine E-Mail, dass die Transaktion über meine Kreditkarte nicht erfolgreich gewesen sei und die Reise storniert werden könnte. (Die Transaktion war nämlich absolut in Ordnung) Mehrere Wochen haben wir vergeblich versucht jemanden bei der Hotline zu erreichen. Auf unsere E-Mails kamen auch keine Reaktion. Lediglich wurde unser Anliegen durch einen zwischenvermittler Hotline angenommen und das ganze weitergeleitet worden, worauf wir immer noch bis heute keine Antwort erhalten haben. Nichts desto trotz haben wir die Reise angetreten und hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Alles war bestens bis auf die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter, was uns verständlicherweise sehr verunsichert und frustriert hat. Das Haus und die Gastgeber sind absolut zu empfehlen!
