The property features two living rooms, eight comfortable bedrooms, and four functional bathrooms. Two fully equipped kitchens allow you to prepare family meals and provide everything you need for everyday culinary adventures. We have a playground for our youngest guests, and outside, you can enjoy the terrace and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing. A barbecue allows you to prepare delicious meals outdoors. For your convenience, we provide internet access, and on-site parking is available next to the house, as well as two single-car garages to ensure the comfort and safety of your vehicle. Kołczewo is a charming village located on Wolin Island, surrounded by lakes and forests, making it an ideal vacation spot for those seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. There are numerous lakes in the area, including the large Lake Kołczewo, located just south of the village, which shares its name with the town. Approximately two and a half kilometers to the northeast lies the vast Lake Koprowo. During the summer, a water station operates at Lake Kołczewo, offering pedal boats, boats, and kayaks for rent, allowing for active recreation by the water and enjoying the charms of this picturesque setting.
