“It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.”

“The staff were so nice! The rooms and bathroom were so clean. The building is a little older but everything was in good shape. Free WiFi use and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The price was also fair. It was 90 dollars and a 50 dollar deposit fee but you get the 50 dollars back in your account after 5 days.”

“Dirty and moldy”

“Dear Management, I am writing to formally request a full refund for my recent stay at Knights Inn Racine due to the unacceptable conditions and poor customer service I experienced. I reserved a four-night stay, but upon checking in, the first room I was assigned had clearly never been cleaned. It looked as though the previous guest had just stepped out. The bed sheets were dirty and unchanged, there was garbage throughout the room, food and melted Skittles were on the floor, and I even saw……

“We only had one bath towel in our room asked the front desk for more they didn’t have any said they would have them by our door the next morning and nothing!! Asked for 12:00 check out they said no problem and then on the morning when we called to confirm they said nope need to be out by 11!! Super noisy property all night and morning!! Would not recommend and they did nothing to compensate us!!”

“Everything was clean and well maintained. My wife and I are both 6’ and therefore the toilets were small. We both prefer high ones. We had a 3rd floor view of the lake which was wonderful.”

“Most of the staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The desk chair needed to be replaced as the leatherette surface was flaking off over 90% of the surface. The lobby was beautiful. It was quiet and we felt very safe. The breakfast was very good with several choices. We would definitely return if the opportunity arises.”

“If you need an extended stay in a clean room, this is a good match. Staff is helpful, room has full fridge and range top. A two spot table to eat and a... bulletin board? Bed was comfy. Grounds were weedy but otherwise ok. Room was very utilitarian and the hotel does not have a pool or fitness center.”
