「This is not a "luxury" loft - it is adequate. There is no place to hang a jacket or hat, the furniture is sparce and although the kitchen is well stocked with plates, silverware and cooking utensils, there is not so much as a dish towel or saltshaker or other kitchen odds and ends that make a place more homey. Also - the "balcony" is pretty much unusable. The location is great - it's walking distance to everything along Thames St. But given its deficits I would not recommend it.」

「We loved the location, close to restaurants, shopping, and Cliff Walk. The unit we stayed in was ideal for three couples, great kitchen, bathrooms were modern and plenty of closet space. The balcony overlooking Thames St. was an added plus. We will stay here again.」

「Super fun location, that made for a really fun 4th of July. Proximity to Fort Adams gave us the best vantage point for fireworks we could have had. House boat was very nicely made up for us, clean as could be. Comfortable bed, head was clean and functional. Water taxi was super convenient and easy to use, also allowed for awesome access to downtown Newport without needing to deal with cars or traffic.
