The Enchanted Newgate Estate

Nestled in the picturesque town of Goderich, known as the prettiest town in Canada, this newly renovated estate offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. With lush gardens, including a vegetable garden in the front and berry bushes in the back, guests can enjoy the serene outdoor space. Inside, the home features ample natural light, an open-concept kitchen and dining area, a cozy living room equipped with family-friendly entertainment, and a dedicated playroom for children.

This exquisite property boasts three spacious bedrooms adorned with clean linens and two and a half immaculate bathrooms stocked with fresh towels and beach essentials. The fully fenced yard provides a safe haven for children and pets to play freely, while the inviting laundry room ensures convenience during your stay. The living room, adorned with large windows that invite in sunlight, features a piano and a selection of family-friendly DVDs, Netflix, Disney+, Wii and Playstation 4 for cozy nights in.

My partner and I visited the Newgate Estate for our anniversary, and it was a time we will never forget! The house was perfect. It was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location to walk to the town centre or head over to the beach. We were on the hunt for a pet-friendly rental to bring our dog, and this was the ideal house to have him tag along! The fenced backyard was perfect, he spent so much time out there exploring all the new smells and playing fetch. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting Goderich, and I would absolutely book this rental again on our next getaway!

Great location for families with young kids! Lots of books and toys there already. 2 blocks from Victoria park with a great playground and splash pad. It was nice to be such a short walk to downtown. Outdoor space was great and safely fenced. We had lots of space and really enjoyed the house!
