“下午那位女性接待員態度非常惡劣，本來供應的飲用水沒有提供，到接待處查詢都不願意補回，後面住滿7天後可以提出清潔房間，約好時間結果沒有清潔，結果詢間更說好多理由拒絕服務，雖然最後都是清潔了，但態度差而且過程當中已經讓人感覺不快樂，絕對不會再回來了”

“I liked that it was a nice, clean, quiet place and was close to the airport bus.”

“Room exactly as pictured. Pre Check-in was smooth Bed large and comfy. Stairs to bedroom were pretty steep, wasn’t an issue for us, but may be if you have limited mobility. Bedroom ceiling quite low so might be an issue if you are very tall. Walking distance to down town core areas. ”

“The apartment was very comfortable and in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Everything was good, with a small exception of the bathroom which looked like a first try DIY (do-it-yourself). It didn't do anything to our worsen our experience, however we did feel that the owner will have some water damages in the long run. Also, please secure the sink for future guest. That a side, it was a very pleasant stay and we would recommend”

“The apartment was very clean and located in an upscale area, with easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. When we arrived, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, but the owner personally came right away and fixed it, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would definitely stay here again.”

“The room is clean and tidy Convenience location where is close to the metro station and famous hot spots”

“We enjoy the apartment a lot. Nice and clean. Well maintained. It was located in a quiet part of town but close enough to the city center. You could walk to take a tram at the corner of the unit. Small grocery store nearby. Only negative is the the lack of communication with manager. When email 3 times left a text message and never got a reply. Other than that we will stay again. ”

"Hotel is close to river. We can go everywhere by walk. Room is big enough and very well design with many storage area. We feel comfortable to take our items which is different with other hotels. Bed is also comfortable and clean. Breakfast is delicious with many options. Everything is good. "
