Bom mas com um porém

A estrutura geral do hotel é boa, o café da manhã muito bom e localização boa. Mas tem um ponto crítico, especialmente para quem viaja a trabalho, o quarto não tem mesa para trabalhar. Tem apenas uma pequena bancada de granito junto à uma pia da cozinha, mas que não cabe por exemplo notebook e mouse, e para sentar é uma baqueta de cozinha desconfortável.

Apartamento muito espaçoso com sala de estar. O café da manhã tem muita variedade, mas a qualidade dos alimentos é ruim. Até o café é ruim. Era melhor menos variedade e mais qualidade.

Bem fraco. Cama péssima e mole.

Cama extremamente mole. TV não pegava nenhum canal digital e não conectava no wifi pra usar algum app de streaming. Limpeza do banheiro bem fraca. Tinha cabelo de alguma mulher no chão. Toalha bem ruim, fina, pequena. Sabonete a disposição pequeno. Ar condicionado velho e barulhento. Café da manhã bem fraco e um caos. Demora horrores pra repor xicaras limpas, Café coado e leite. Maquina de bebidas quentes nao funciona direito. Basicamente saia só água.

O hotel é velho e parece que esta passando por uma transição de nova administração. Porém os quartos não paresentaram melhorias ainda, ar condicionado antigo, enferrujado. Tv antiga, com canais que saem do ar. Banheiro pequeno apertado e com peças antigas e oxidando.

Melhor hospedar sem café da manhã e melhor valor

Necessita de reformas nas acomodações. Substituição de aparelhos de ar condicionado, colchões; sofás; e ralos de chuveiro; trancas de janelas. Acho que seria muito importante, fundamental e razoável poder efetuar reserva e hospedagem comnpagamento do café da manha à parte. Ja que se trata de Apart/Flat o hospede pode ter o direito de escolher o que lhe melhor convier, e assim escolher e ter precos melhores para a hospedagem. Eu não desejo mais hospedar com cafe da manhã incluso, visto que não achei agradavel o que é servido, não achei nada "fresco", e ainda servirem apresuntado, não oferecerem manteiga e ver que as 9 horas da manhã outros hospedes não conseguiram nem comer um pedaço de melancia porque não haviam mais frutas para reposição. Pão de queijo parecia velho e rechaud com cubas vazias.

Diária cara obriga pagar café da manhã ruim.

Os quartos necessitam de reformas urgente. Ar condicionados com defeitos...velhos...ultrapssados. Folha de portas de banhiros deterioradas...toalhas de banho ruins...pequenas...simples demais. Vazamentoss em descargargas, lampadas queimadas , e outros pequenos defeitos não são repados preventivamente. Televisores antigos ou poucas opçõesde canais. Agora valores com aumento de 50% praticado na diária com café da manhã não vale a pena de jeito nenhum. Muito caro!!! Encareceu a diária em 50% sem dar opção ao hóspede de tomar café fora do hotel. Aproximados 50 reais por pessoa, mais caro que a rede Accor e tanos hoteis de 2 e 4 estrelas; em Goiânia. Até o antigo Mercure tem um café da manha muito superior e com valor praticammebte igual nos valores das diarias e excelentes acomodações. O café da manhã servido não é nada animador...e muito incoveniente nãopoder hospedar sem ser obrigado a pagar pelo café da manhã. Inviável.

Estranhamente o Hotel passou a servir cafe da manha e seus valores nos Sites elevaram 9s valores em quase 50%. Não há mais a possibilidade de hospedagem sem café da manhã ficando o hospede obrigado a pagar diáriacom caféda manhãque não consta nas informaçõesnos Sites e a8nda ovrigado a ter que tomar café no hotel? É muito ruim

Hospedagem boa no setor oeste

Hotel bem localizado, quarto com bom espaço, limpo, com pia e frigobar. Cama boa e chuveiro excelente. Ar condicionado instalado diretamente em frente a cama, para mim foi problema porque sou alérgica mas estava muito calor. Então foi um liga/desligar a noite toda. O hotel não oferece café da manhã e a piscina (pequena), só pega sol depois de meio dia. Equipe da recepção muito educada e atenciosa, exceto um funcionário do periodo noturno, que foi muito grosseiro, mas informei o acontecido no dia seguinte pela manhã. Mas foi apenas esse incidente. No geral, recomendo o hotel

Infelizmente desagravel com os chuveiros. Não tinha água quente pela manhã. Esperei vários minutos para esquentar e não consegui tomar banho quente. Somente na parte da Tarde. Deixei uma reclamação na recepção e foi informado pelo atendente que o problema estaria resolvido. Mas nada acometeceu. Outra desagravel notícia é que o hotel tem disponível uma área boa para servir o café da manhã, mas infelizmente não disponível para o mesmo. Solicitamos uma maior agilidade de liberação da área para tal.
