A mere minute’s stroll from Mermaid Beach’s sandy shores and a variety of local eateries, this designer apartment puts the gold in Gold Coast. The open-plan living area leads to an undercover patio, ideal for alfresco dining, while a striking kitchen encourages even the most inexperienced chef to step up to the stove. Secure garage parking allows you to come and go, with Pacific Fair Shopping Centre just a five-minute drive so you can stock up on groceries for your stay.
Beautifully designed, this light-filled apartment is perfect for families or groups looking for a glitzy Gold Coast escape within easy reach of the region's famed attractions.

The open-plan living and dining area creates a welcoming space to relax, complete with stylish furnishings, a large TV, and easy access to a private patio for alfresco dining. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for cooking, from a Nespresso Vertuo machine to modern appliances.

The apartment features three well-appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious queen bed, calming décor and a hidden ensuite behind a stylish wardrobe door. The second bedroom offers a cosy double bed, while the third bedroom is set with a single bed with a study nook, perfect for remote work. The main bathroom is a retreat in itself, featuring marble-style tiling, a deep bathtub, and premium finishes. Laundry facilities with a washer, dryer, outdoor clothesline, and additional storage ensures a comfortable stay.

Air conditioning is readily available in the living area with ceiling fans throughout. You'll also enjoy the ease of dedicated garage parking for one car.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Please note that the private patio is enclosed between the apartment and the provided black privacy shade. The walkway area beyond the shade is a body corporate common area and may be used by other residents or guests.

Nestled in the sought-after Mermaid Waters, this apartment offers an unbeatable location just a minute’s stroll to the sandy beaches of the Gold Coast. Begin your day with coffee at nearby cafés or explore Pacific Fair’s shopping and dining, just 8 minutes by car. For evening entertainment, Dracula’s is a 7-minute drive or 15-minute walk, while the serene Soak Bathhouse is only 8 minutes on foot.

Broadbeach, with its vibrant restaurants, bars, and boutique shops, is just 5 minutes away by car. Convenient tram services nearby provide easy access to Surfers Paradise and Burleigh Heads. Families and nature enthusiasts will love the patrolled beaches, scenic parks, playgrounds and walking trails. Mermaid Waters is a peaceful retreat with effortless access to the best of the Gold Coast.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Long term stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional deep cleaning fee of $140 as we are required to perform a deep clean after such stays.

Partial road closures to our street: From 20th November 2024 for approximately 4 weeks there may some road closures and diverted traffic. Further information will be provided prior to check in.

What a beautiful home! The furnishings are surgery and the location is perfect for a short walk to the beach, coffee shops, pizza, groceries and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Cest Monique.
