Gemini Court unit 3 is a north facing apartment where you can relax & enjoy panoramic ocean views.

Apartment has 4 x Bedrooms, all in which have Ceiling Fans & the Master/ Living room with airconditioning! As well as this, two of the bedrooms have ensuites, and there is another separate bathroom also.

Enjoy panoramic ocean views for the entire family from this stunning apartment. You will not be disappointed!

The resort facilities include the following;
- Heated swimming pool
- Spa pool and Sauna
- Tennis court - Full Size
- Barbecue area overlooking the beach
- High Speed Internet

This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.



Please be advised you may experience noise works during your stay due to construction works in the building.

Please be aware that the Burleigh area is currently experiencing ongoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. This work is taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas and may result in:



▪️ Increased noise during daytime hours

▪️ Changed traffic conditions or detours

▪️ General construction activity near some properties



While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.



We’ve priced our properties competitively during this period to reflect these temporary conditions. If you have any concerns, please reach out before booking — we’re happy to provide more details.

Great property but The master bedroom could do with a soft mattress and TV. Cleaners need to leave a couple spare garbage bags and a spare tea towel. Everything else was awesome. PRD Realty well lovely and was a seamless check in and out.
